What are the differences in hardwood and laminated flooring boards?
Both flooring options are great in the home or commercial setting. Both materials can also be made to appear more or less the same. Hardwood flooring is a bit more limited in when and how it can be installed, whereas laminate flooring boards can be installed over existing floors such as concrete – making it an easier, cheaper install for remodels on a budget. Also in some instances laminated flooring boards will actually be tougher and longer lasting than natural timber floorboards.
